Webzen's patch notes for August 18, 2026 are short. Two events ended: the Season 21-1 first update Speed Server event and the Egg of Monsters event. That is the whole list. If you were in the middle of either one, the window is now closed.
What ended
The Speed Server event was part of the first update of Season 21-1, which started in July. Speed servers are the faster-progression option Webzen runs alongside the standard servers, aimed at players who want to level quickly. With the event over, that accelerated pace is no longer active.
The Egg of Monsters event also wrapped up. It had been running on and off through the summer, with a few starts and stops in the patch notes since June. This time it is done.
What is still going
