Follows and launch emails.When you follow a server or choose “Notify me when it opens”, we store which server you follow and your alert preferences, and use the email address of your account to send you a reminder 24 hours and 1 hour before a declared launch. We keep a record of each reminder sent, for up to 180 days, so that you never receive the same one twice. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link that stops emails for that server or for all servers you follow; deleting your account deletes your follows.

Votes. When you vote we store a salted hash of your IP address (and of its network range), your account if you are signed in, and the in-game name you enter. If the server owner enabled vote rewards, your in-game name, the vote time and a per-server pseudonymous hash of your IP are sent to that owner so they can deliver your reward. Raw vote records are deleted after 90 days; monthly totals are kept.

Language preference. When you are signed in, we store your preferred language on your account: the one you pick with the language switcher, or, until you pick one, the language of the page you follow or vote from. We use it to show your dashboard and send our emails in that language. You can change it at any time with the language switcher.

4. Cookies

You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when websites set or access cookies. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this website may become inaccessible or not function properly.

5. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed.
